Volunteering to help The Fund in any of its various events (see below) is a direct, visible and extremely rewarding commitment to the youth of our community.  The assistance The Fund provides helps ease the ever-increasing financial burden of post-high school education.

Assistance of all sorts is welcomed including direct participation in the Fourth of July fireworks - helping with parking, ticket-taking and at the concession booths.  Volunteers are also welcome to help with our many activities.

An especially gratifying activity is to serve on the Selection Committee that interviews the applicants. These students never fail to impress this panel with their enthusiasm, their drive and accomplishments and their vision for the future. No one who has served on this committee board has come away unmoved.

Some people, companies and organizations are in a position to contribute financially as well as individually and, of course, this type of support is always needed. Several companies donate food to various activities, including our art shows.

The Fund is managed by a Board of Governors drawn from the Radnor community. The Board meets monthly during the school year and has responsibility for all the activities that The Fund runs.  If you want a hands-on experience in helping to make a tangible contribution to our community, this is the place for you.
