Celebrate 60! Gala Event

The Radnor High School Scholarship Fund marked the 60 th anniversary of its founding with a gala dinner at the Radnor Valley Country Club on Sunday, April 12. Over 150 attendees, including past and present members of the Board of Governors, Radnor faculty and administration, school board members, and past scholarship recipients, celebrated six decades of service to the community.

Honored guests were current Superintendent of Schools Dr. Ken Batchelor and former superintendents Dr. John C. Crosby and Dr. John A. DeFlaminis. 6ABC Action News Sports Director Ducis Rodgers hosted the event celebrating a long tradition of funding need-based scholarships for graduating Radnor High School seniors pursuing a post-high school education.

33th Annual Radnor Fall Festival

On Sunday, September 21, 2025, we gathered on North Wayne Avenue for the 33rd Annual Radnor Fall Festival. It was a wonderful day spent connecting with our neighbors and friends!
Visitors stopped by to learn more about the Scholarship Fund and entered our free raffle. We were also joined by many young guests who took a shot at guessing the number of candies in our jar. One lucky winner took home the contents of the humongous candy jar!. Look for us on North Wayne Avenue on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at the 34th annual Radnor Fall Festival!

Radnor Memorial Day Parade

We were honored to participate in this year’s Memorial Day Parade, one of Radnor Township’s most meaningful and cherished traditions.

Delco Gives

Thanks to all who supported the RHSSF in our second year of participation in this county-wide event sponsored by the Foundation for Delaware County. We raised over $1,000 and are thrilled with the results. Proceeds will be used to help fund need-based scholarships for students in the Class of 2027.

Radnor Welcomes Alumna, Kelly Corrigan ('85)

New York Times best-selling author and noted host of Tell Me More on PBS and the Kelly Corrigan Wonders podcast, visited our three elementary school on October 27 and 28, 2025. Ms. Corrigan delighted her young audiences with her new release, Marianne the Maker, co-written with her daughter, Claire Corrigan Lichty. Our K-2 Ithan students were thrilled to hear that Kelly attended Ithan Elementary School as a fifth grader!

A devoted Radnor alumna, Kelly Corrigan is a member of the Radnor High School Hall of Fame. She and her family sponsor the Corrigan Family Scholarship presented to a graduating Radnor High School senior each year. Proceeds from the sales of her children’s books Marianne the Maker and Hello, World from this appearance benefited the Radnor High School Scholarship Fund
