Scholarship Information

The Radnor High School Scholarship Fund (RHSSF) was founded in 1966 to provide need-based scholarships to graduates of Radnor High School for post-high school education.

Applications must be submitted to the Radnor High School Guidance Office by a specified spring date. The applications are reviewed by an independent financial officer. The officer classifies the applicants based on financial criteria and prepares a summary report ranking the applicants according to need. All financial information is held in strict confidence.

RHSSF scholarship commitments are for four years of full-time study and contingent upon recipient's continuing financial need, satisfactory performance (C average or better) and our ability to fund the scholarships. Recipients have six years to claim their four years of awards.

RHSSF funds scholarships through a widespread fall Community Campaign, various fund-raisers, and named scholarships. RHSSF will contact recipients and their parents/guardians to help with fundraising events. Past fundraisers have included the Fourth of July fireworks, Radnor Kitchen Tour, Breakfast with Santa, Girls’ Night Out, Monte Carlo Night, and Secret Santa Shop. As an all-volunteer organization, RHSSF relies on recipient support to offer various community events.
